Everybody loves a tasty, simple healthy breakfast and we have taken it up a level with the inclusion of our Butterscotch Turmeric latte powder. This Turmeric Nice Cream is the perfect breakfast/brunch option and the added sweet Turmeric flavour is great idea to elevate your nice cream creations and boost your health benefits.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 x Large ripe banana, peeled, cut into 4 chunks and frozen
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, or honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 to 4 tbsp milk of your choice
- 1-2 tsp Tea and the gang ‘The Guru’ turmeric latte powder
- Toppings: Passion Fruit & Cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all the ingredients for the nice cream, except the milk into a high-speed blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy, adding the milk a little at a time until smooth. Tamp it down as necessary until it blends well, but be careful not to over-mix or your nice cream will not be thick.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately, top with passion fruit and cranberries, or any toppings you like.
