Lisbon – Tea and the Gang

Lisbon

For today’s post we head to Lisbon, as duartemoura takes us for a look around this vibrant city.
Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal and one of the oldest cities in the world.
What I love in Lisbon is it’s always pleasant climate and the simplicity of people, who know how to welcome foreigners like no one else.
It mixes like a few cities the modern and ancient, and its traditions are very alive, which give it a strong personality.
It has an incredible light that shines on the beautiful Tagus River. The beaches are only 10 kms away which makes it also an excellent summer destination. Do not miss the cuisine and good Portuguese wine as well.
What is your favourite place to have a cup of tea? #teawithaview
My favorite place for a cup of tea is the BA Rooftop, on Largo Camões – Chiado. It is not very spacious but gives you an incredible view over the Tagus River and was once considered one of the most beautiful in the world.
