South West London – Tea and the Gang

South West London

#teawithaview

For today’s post we are off to London, away from all of the usual tourist spots, as albography takes us around South West London.

South West London, a place both grotty and beautiful. I love traveling through the different neighbourhoods, contrasting from one to the other. My goals are to dramatically show these areas in their best and worst times. South West London is made special by both its scruffy estates and its glorious nature (Brentford in comparison to richmond park). I love taking photos, anything from portraits to macro, and most definitely landscapes. I hope you can enjoy looking at my photos, just as much as i enjoyed taking them!

What is your favourite place to have a cup of tea? #teawithaview

My favourite place to enjoy a cup or tea would have to be Richmond bridge at sunset. It’s like a movie set. It is lit with the orange glow of the sun. Perfection!

Wembley point. Catching the many layers of the north circular as the sun sets behind the clouds.

The train bridge. The sun setting over South West London; a low tide.

Scattered tracks. The busy lines leading to Waterloo station from above.

Tube set. London Underground trains passing in front of the misty evening sky.

The traveling storm. The different buildings in the Brentford sky before the thunder.

Evening silhouette. The evening light in Richmond casting silhouettes in the canal.

Feature Image Caption: Burning towers. The Brentford towers lit by the sparks of steel.
