BRUSSELS – Tea and the Gang

For today’s post we head to Brussels, Belgium with some great shots by richardsilverphoto

Having recently traveled all throughout Belgium going to Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Dinant, Liege and Knokke, I found Brussels to be one of my favorites.

Brussels being the capital and Belgium’s largest city (I love big cities) has truly amazing architecture and history. Those two reasons are why I loved Brussels.

As a Photographer, there were so many opportunities to shoot all different types of architecture. The diversity of centuries be it 17th or 21st, Brussels offers any traveler a unique perspective on what a great European city truly is. Someone who appreciates history as well as architecture like myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the very modern architecture that the EU built as Brussels is the capital of the EU also.

Brussels is also known for its chocolate so I did find a few amazing chocolatier’s in the Grote Market, the main square, where I had some tea with my favorite dark chocolate filled with raspberry.
