I love starting my morning with a big cup of tea… I think we all do! But did you ever think about using tea in your breakfast? I love using tea, especially chai, in my porridge, pancakes or smoothies… the list goes on!
Since we’re all living busy lives and like to sleep as long as possible in the mornings – overnight oats are the perfect healthy breakfast option for stressful mornings! Just prepare it the night before and let it sit in the fridge over night. By the time you wake up your breakfast will be ready – just grab it and rush out the door!
This is not only super easy and convenient, but also delicious. The oats soak up all the liquids and turn into a creamy dreamy breakfast. Better than all the prepacked sandwiches you will find on your way to work, uni or school!
For the Chai & Banana Overnight Oats:
- Mix all ingredients for the overnight oats except the coconut yogurt in a bowl and let soak for a while.
- Layer the mixture with the yogurt in a jar and add your toppings.
- Scre on the lid and let sit in the fridge over night.
- Simply grab the jar in the morning and enjoy!
